Attention Residents of Pearl River!The Water Department will be flushing the water lines throughout the town from Wednesday, November 13th, to Friday, November 15th. During this time, fire hydrants will be opened at various locations, which may result in a temporary drop in water pressure and some discoloration of the water.Please note that these changes are normal and will not affect the safety of your water. If you experience any discoloration, running your tap for a few minutes will help clear up any issues.We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to ensure the quality of our water system. Due to a scheduled water line repair on Tuesday Sept. 24th, we will shut the water off for a portion of Hwy 1090 (Old Military Road) from Cleo Road east to Interstate 59. The hours will be 8:00 a.m. to approximately 12:00 noon. When the water is restored, there will be a boil water advisory for those customers that did not have water for a period of time.
