The town cleanup was a chilly day with rain and sleet but our community showed up and got it done! A special thank you to all of the wonderful volunteers who made this day successful. A special thank you to AWG for food donations and the Lions Club for preparing lunch for all of the volunteers. Thank you to the Police Department for keeping our volunteers safe while walking the roads. Thank you to the Fire Department for their assistance with our revamped pond in front of Town Hall. Thank you to our office staff and town officials for their participation. Thank you to Brian Phillips with STRW for your continued support. Thank you to our local schools, faculty and students, for participating in the cleanup of our town. Today wouldn’t have been possible without the support of our community.
