Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony

Santa Claus and Mrs. Claus came to town last night! Here are some of the highlights we captured from our annual tree lighting program. Mayor Lee would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who participated. All of our schools participated by decorating trees, and their music departments performed live. The JROTC presented The Colors. The PRHS Ag Department made and served hot chocolate. The Fire Department provided a fantastic sleigh for Santa with a police escort and fresh fruit. Delta Scaffolding set the stage for our live entertainment. The Pearl River Police Department kept everyone safe. The elves and Connie Cares handed out full stockings and snacks at the Community Center. The aldermen and their families volunteered their time. Our Public Works Department spent their days decorating and getting the town holiday ready. The town office staff was an amazing help in organizing all the moving parts of the program.
